Refund Policy  

Refunds for club services and programs will be proportionate to the unused portion with further deductions based on proximity to the start of the program. The club expense is actually incurred and calculated from the program preparation, not the start date. An additional 10% service fee is applied to refunds of payments originally made through the club web site.

Checks made to the club and returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $25 processing fee. Athletes with unpaid fees from any program are prohibited from participating in any future programs until the fee from the previous program is paid and the upcoming program is fully paid.

We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We use one of the worlds largest funds transfer agencies - Authorize.net.
